Investor2IR utilizes state-of-the-art security and end-to-end encryption to provide secure messaging services to corporate and institutional users worldwide and the messages can never be shared or viewed by anyone but yourself and the recipients of your messages.

Information you provide

Account Information. When you create your Investor2IR account, you provide your corporate email address which is used to access our Business Services. You also have the option to provide your personal email address, a profile picture, and other details about your position and corporate and institutional focus. All the information is end-to-end encrypted.

Messages. Investor2IR cannot and will not decrypt or otherwise seek to access the content of your messages. For devices that are temporarily offline, the end-to-end encrypted messages are stored on the servers.

Contacts. Through Investor2IR, you have the option to invite contacts from your address book, but no information regarding your contact list will be stored.

Support. Any interaction with our Support will be kept for researching the topic and contacting you about your queries.

Instances where Investor2IR may need to share data: To meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable Governmental request, to enforce applicable Terms, including investigation of potential violations, to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues, and to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of Investor2IR, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data. We process your personal data as part of the performance and management of our contractual relationship with you.
